Special Boiler Product introduction

Ruiding Environment successfully develops the 3rd generation waste salty liquid incinerator. The special boiler is a combination of incinerator and boiler. Comparing the 1st and 2nd generation, it is specially improve the lifetime of refractory materials, salt fouling and discharging problem.  

It can be used in such applications as chemical, pesticide and new materials, where high concentration salty waste liquid is produced. It can achieve ultra low NOx emission by 3 stage air supply and proprietary waste liquid nozzle technology. To prolong the lifetime of refractory material, we develop the “combating slat by salt” technology. 

Fluid slag and solid slag are simultaneously applied. The salt produced is easily packed and transported. Various of fuel can be used in this product.
