Credit Card Security
Q. Is it safe to enter my credit card information on Flùr’s Website?
A. To ensure the safety of your credit card information, Flùr uses Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). SSL is a protocol that provides encrypted communication. This makes it impossible for anyone besides for Flùr to access your private billing information.
Q. Do you deliver locally?
A. No, currently at this time we do not offer local delivery.

Future Date Shipping
Q. I would like my order to ship out on a future date.
A. If you would like the shipment of your order to be delayed, please add a comment in the comment / special instructions field with your desired delivery date during the checkout process, or contact us directly with shipping instructions.
Q. Is your facility certified gluten free?
A. We are currently in the process of completing our Gluten-free certification. We operate a strictly dedicated, gluten-free production facility. Absolutely no products containing gluten are used in any of our production processes, and no products containing gluten are allowed within our production facility.
Q. Do you accept International orders?
A. If you would like international shipping, please contact us. We will consult and advise the best products that are eligible for international shipping. Please note tax and duty fees may be incurred.
Q. If I place an order will I start receiving mail/email from Flùr?
A. During the checkout process there is an option to decline from being added to Flùr’s mailing list. Recipient information is not added to our mailing lists. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Q. How can I be sure that my order went through?
A. Once you have completed the order process you will receive an order confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number this means that your order did not go through. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail notification confirming your order.
Note: if your e-mail address was not entered correctly, you will receive an order confirmation number, however you will not receive the e-mail confirmation.
Q. If I do not have Internet access or do not wish to use my credit card online can I place an order over the phone?
A. Please feel free to place your order over the phone. We will be happy to assist you.
Q. Does Flùr share customer information with third parties?
A. Flùr does not share customer information with third party under any circumstances. We value our customers and honor their privacy.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Q. Can I return an item ordered from Flùr?
A. Since our products are perishable food items, they cannot be returned to our facility. Flùr believes in 100% customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the quality or freshness of our product, please contact our Customer service department at customerservice@Flùrllc.com or call the number listed in Contact Us between Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. We will work with you to ensure that you are happy with our products.
Q. If the item is delayed in shipment or not delivered due to an incorrectly or insufficiently entered address, will Flùr reship the item?
A. Because our products are perishable food items & cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, we cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or not delivered because of an incorrect or insufficient address. Please make sure that the shipping address is absolutely correct before you submit the order.
Q. When are orders shipped?
A. In stock orders placed by Noon CST will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after Noon CST will be shipped the following day and be subject to those delivery restraints. Click Here for more detailed shipping information.
